The Student Affairs and Registrar Services Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and Registrar Office. This position coordinates administrative operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include providing primary administrative support to senior leadership, managing events and programs, maintaining critical records and systems, and offering guidance on policies and procedures. Additionally, this coordinator will oversee the maintenance and updates of the academic calendar and student handbook, ensuring accuracy and consistency in institutional policies and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Provide administrative assistance and key support to the Assistant Dean/Registrar, ensuring seamless dayto-day operations. Liaise between the offices of Academic Affairs and Enrollment Management, facilitating communication and collaboration. Manage OSA email, responding to inquiries and directing messages appropriately. Maintain accurate records and files for the OSA/Registrar office, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Monitor and track required completion of compliance training for incoming students.
