Compensation: Compensation is dependent on experience and ranges from $27.00/hourly to $29.00/hourly.

General Summary:

This position performs a variety of functions in support of CCC Executive Administration offices. It is responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations of the administration offices, including the front desk, main telephone switchboard, onboarding of intermittent team members, and general office duties. This position also provides executive-level administrative support to both the General Manager and Director of Finance and administration.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Administers and performs day-to-day administrative and clerical functions for the General Manager and Director of Finance & Administration.

Greet, welcome, and log-in guests to the Administration Building at the Center.

Answer, screen, and correctly route all calls received at the main line for the Center.

Manages the administrative office area and associated facility offices; coordinates maintenance for all electrical, telecom, housekeeping, and carpentry needs.

Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment and layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.

Coordinates and schedules meetings with the Executive Team, Partners, and other key stakeholders.

Assist with onboarding of intermittent team members.

Maintains break room supplies and inventory.

Maintain office supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure offices are well-organized and efficient.

Set up and take down of Conference Rooms.

Read, sort and date incoming mail. Ensure that outgoing mail is delivered in a timely manner. If necessary, route mail to specific services and follow up on timely delivery;

Receive and record deliveries to the office and/or individuals within the office and route them accordingly to the proper recipient;

Assist with special projects and initiatives, as needed, including research, data analysis, and report and deck preparation.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or G.E.D.

A minimum of one - two (1-2) years administrative experience

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to prioritize tasks and to organize time to complete tasks in scheduled times

Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and public relations skills

Must be able to execute tasks in an ethical and fair manner

Handle sensitive information and matters with the utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality.

Demonstrate excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills among all levels of staff and clientele

Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible to change

Excellent record of dependability and reliability

Ability to speak, understand, and read standard English

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Normal business hours Monday to Friday. This position requires in-office work with no remote option. No travel required.
