Full-Time/Day Shift
Provides full administrative support at a high level of responsible and of a confidential nature for Administration. Coordinates department purchases, contracts, various special projects, and flow of work through Administration. Initiates production and distribution of forms, archival of department files and records, staff reimbursements and travel requests. Develops and maintains filing and other organizational systems. Prepares meeting materials and coordination of meeting scheduling and arrangements. Works with other department and education to complete the work of the department. Maintains office supplies and maintains appearance and cleanliness of conference rooms and admin area, in addition to other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training in administrative support skills obtained in business school. Or equivalent educ/experience. 5 years Work experience preferably in the industry, which includes 3 years of administration office support experience Experience using a personal computer and software including word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and publication software in a Windows environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training College level coursework in Business Administration. Experience with Internet/Intra net web site development and Internet/intra net publishing including share point services.Why Join Providence?
