Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **We are searching for the best talent for the Administrative Coordinator role to our Logistics site in Kfar Saba.** **You will be responsible for** **:** + Procurement orders – services and products for the operation and maintenance of the Deliver department. + Tracking shipments, overseeing and controlling delivery times, and ensuring receipt of delivery certificates. + Responsible for receiving price quotes, invoices, and payments to suppliers. + Managing tracking files (procurement orders, personnel, warehouse data consolidation). + Responsible for the maintenance program of the warehouse. + Responsible for daily operations with service providers + Administrative support for the warehouse manager and warehouse team. + Ongoing communication and collaboration with procurement and finance departments. + Support for human resources activities: organizing team-building events, tracking the onboarding of new employees. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role + Experience working with Office Excel at an advanced level + High proficiency in English + Strong execution skills + Ability to perform well under pressure and in a dynamic work environment + Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
