We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative tasks, supporting multiple departments, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additional job duties include:
Provide administrative support to managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files (both digital and physical).Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed.Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
Requirements
