The position has direct responsibility of supporting the Albany Med Health System Vice President, Access Services and the Director and Associate Director of Patient Access, and three manager’s schedules regarding meeting and project scheduling. Manages department budget for all sub accounts and issues monthly budget report. Coordinates all ordering of supplies for 24 x 7 x 365 department; department is comprised of 15 distinctly located units at MAIN and South Clinical Campus. Position is the point of contact for incoming calls and triages calls accordingly.

Education:

HS School diploma; Associate Degree preferred

Experience:

Advanced secretarial skills; including Excel, PowerPoint and Access5-7  years’ experience office setting

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and AccessHigh level of professionalism and discreet management of information.Strong customer service skill; proven oral and written skillAbility to multi-task in a stressful environmentKeen attention detail
