Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field; 3 years related experience.
Job Summary:
To provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties of a department.
Job Duties:
Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative duties as related to the Office of Educational Affairs (OEA) as assigned by the Administrative Manager. Supports Associate Dean for Educational Affairs in matters related to curricular delivery and oversight. Answer and direct phone calls. Organize and schedule appointments for two Assistant Deans. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Participates in personnel management functions such as recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for OEA. Interprets rules, regulations, and policies and executes as applicable. Assists administrator in establishing and attaining goals and objectives. Conducts special projects and reports. Adheres to internal controls established for department. Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
