Administrative Coordinator - Heart Transplant and VAD

This is a regional position that coordinates the daily operations for the Cardiac Specialty Programs - both inpatient and outpatient services. Assists staff and providers to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely, effective manner which is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Ensures that business office functions are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinates with the manager and Medical Directors to ensure optimum communication on clinic activities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Healthcare related field OR Related area of studies OR Or equivalent educ/experience Coursework/Training College level healthcare administration/business coursework.      Experience of health care environment, medical office policies and procedures, project management and human resource management practices. Experience within a healthcare environment. 2 years experience in healthcare industry, or  1 year in organizing complex projects or project management experience.
