Proclinical is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Technical Operations department.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and communication tasks. Your organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the team.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in managing schedules and travel logistics.Excellent communication skills for handling calls and correspondence.Experience with processing financial documents like contracts and invoices.

The Administrative Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements, including scheduling meetings and preparing itineraries.Support communication efforts by handling calls, distributing mail, and managing faxes and documents.Order necessary supplies such as books, articles, and office materials.Process contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices efficiently.
