This role will be housed at St. Cloud Hospital, supported by a co-preceptor model - Sr. Operations Leader & VP Enterprise Analytics and Transformation. Project selection will be a collaborative approach between the co-preceptors and Administrative Fellow. This role will also have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the system and attend executive level leadership meetings.

Schedule:

Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p Temporary position from July 2025 to July 2026

Pay and Benefits:

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration.  (Must have obtained Master's degree by July 2025 start date)

Core Functions:

Shadow and mentorship opportunities with C-Level leaders and governance functions, roles, meetings, etc. Participate in projects related to strategic planning/deployment, various hospital and clinical operational projects. Lead and participate in project management.  May provide direct service line leadership responsibilities on an interim basis.  May gain exposure to rural health administration.  Community involvement opportunities
