**Job Highlights:**
** To be considered, the selected candidate must have graduated from a Masters level program by the start of the internship.
This position is 15 months long and will support our ministries in Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Southern Illinois. This program runs from June 2025-August 2026. The selected candidate will need to be willing to live in different regions throughout the fellowship.
Interviews will occur in March after the selected candidates complete a HireVue interview. Based on the HireVue interviews, candidates would then move on to an interview with a team of leaders, which will include the System Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Final candidates will then interview with the Chief Human Resource Officer and the Chief Operating Officer.”
**Job Summary:**
Administrative Fellow is a full time employee who is participating in a fellowship that provides future healthcare executives with opportunities to gain an in-depth understanding of hospital and clinic based healthcare operations.
**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:**
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Fellows take part in hands-on, operationally and financially focused projects and participate in various leadership activities that nurture professional growth.
+ Fellows are exposed to high-level strategic planning and other health system functions, including marketing, human resources, and information technology.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

+ Bachelor's degree

+ No experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
+ Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
+ Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
+ Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
+ Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
+ Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
+ Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
+ Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
+ Rare climbing.
