This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills to support infrastructure operations and gain exposure to technical services in a collaborative work environment.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Infrastructure Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will focus on coordinating and supporting the operational aspects of infrastructure services, including managing administrative tasks related to mobile telephony, equipment delivery, warehouse operations, and vendor coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders while helping to resolve issues efficiently and tracking the progress of infrastructure-related activities. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to infrastructure teams, assisting with the coordination of daily tasks and projects.Act as a point of contact for mobile telephony cases, managing the coordination and follow-up between internal teams and external vendors.Help with the management and oversight of warehouse operations, including tracking inventory, organizing deliveries, and ensuring the proper handling of equipment.Coordinate with different teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of equipment and resolution of service-related issues.Track the progress of infrastructure-related tasks, ensuring that all activities are completed on schedule.Maintain and update relevant documentation, ensuring that records are accurate and readily accessible.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues, following up as needed to ensure timely resolutions.Assist in organizing meetings, gathering information, and reporting on the status of ongoing projects.Support team members in various administrative and operational tasks, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant administrative or operational role.1+ years of experience in administrative support or coordination, ideally in a technical or infrastructure-related environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with teams and external vendors.Attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.Experience in coordinating logistics, vendor management, or handling inventory is a plus.Knowledge or interest in infrastructure services is beneficial, but not required.Experience working in a multi-site or dynamic environment is an advantage.Joining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
