Administrative Intern

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our Colorworks Department. This in-person role will provide valuable administrative support to the Lab Supervisor and Project Analyst, contributing to the smooth operation of our department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. Take In charge of Incoming and Outgoing shipping from Colorworks Participate in Customer calls and take MOM notes for all the updates for Project tracker Fill in activity tracker for the month and help in report preparation. Coordinate and schedule In-person customer visits. Support in reports presentation, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain and update departmental records and databases. Support the Lab Supervisor and Project Analyst with project-related tasks and research. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations. Perform other duties as assigned by the Lab Supervisor and Project Analyst.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
