Exciting Opportunity for Administrative/Inventory Support III in Middletown, OH!

Our client, a leader in e-commerce and logistics, is seeking an Administrative /Inventory Support III to provide high-level administrative and inventory coordination support. This role is essential for ensuring seamless warehouse operations by managing scheduling, reporting, and expense-related tasks while supporting upper management and contributing to the success of key inventory projects.

Position Details:

Job Title: Administrative Support IIILocation: Middletown, OH 45044Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hourShift: On-site, Full-TimeContract Length: 12 months (potential for extension or conversion)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, report generation, and handling multiple projects.Manage expense reports, invoices, and assist with budget preparation.Assist with inventory coordination and removal processes.Prepare presentations, compose memos, and transcribe notes.Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and upper management.
