Manage the office and business operations and activities for the Vice President, Capital Projects and Facilities. This role is a key member of the Office of the Vice President, Capital Projects and Facilities. Manage the Vice President's strategic planning initiatives, the office's budget, project management and program development. May represent the Vice President at selected meetings with staff, students, senior university administrators, as well as consultants. Have oversight for ongoing projects supporting the Vice President's agenda to ensure that all are effectively moving according to plan objectives and established milestones and measurement criteria. Analyze a variety of institutional data and prepare summaries and recommendations for the Vice President; conduct research on a myriad of topics and synthesize and summarize information for the Vice President to facilitate decision making.

Knowledge of advanced functions for MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint).

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $75,000.00 to USD $95,000.00.
