The Administrative Manager effectively lead a team of Administrative Assistants in Linde’s Central Region. The administrative team provides comprehensive administrative support to local Management, Sales Field personnel.

Leads a team of 3 Administrative Assistants in Linde Gas Equipment Inc. (LGE) East Region.Provides regular feedback and coaching to staff on attainment of goalsResponsible for all hiring completing PMP’s (Project Management) for assigned teamFosters empowerment, databased decision making, and encourages team approach to process improvementSupports implementation of actions to improve individual and process performanceProvides guidance and empowers team members to reach their desired resultsEmbraces the LGE leadership philosophy and valuesAssists manager with regular reviews and updates of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and other documentation systemsInteracts with multiple internal/external clients Performs accounts receivables, reconciliation, and dispute resolution Processes account credits adjustmentsConducts analysis and research to address invoicing questionsSupports sales, field, and management personnelSpecial projects as requestedLinde Gas Equipment Inc.
