Administrative Manager III

Our innovative cyber capabilities and programs have made us trusted partners for IT modernization projects, implementing upgrades and accelerating the delivery of new solutions for the DoD and commercial industries with consumer-driven technology.\n

We are currently bidding on a contract providing IT and Cyber Security services for the IT Division within the NSWC Corona Division, Corporate Operations Department, supporting the Command Information Office, Information Technology Operations, Information Management Customer Services and Cyber Security. \n

We are seeking an Administrative Manager III to join our team. Daily responsibilities include:\n

Managing and overseeing office staff and resources through coordination of tasks, scheduling, and prioritization of assignments. Develop and establish policies and procedures to maximize efficiency. Review, administer, and submit hiring and termination paperwork.\n

In this role you will manage the services that allow the organization to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal. They also implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service. In addition, some administrative services managers acquire, distribute, and store supplies, while others dispose of surplus property or oversee the disposal of unclaimed property. They are responsible for coordinating the physical workplace with the people and work of an organization.\n

Typical Education: Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration. Typical Experience: 7 years of professional experience. Additional Guidelines: None\n

Position requirements:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.\n7 years of professional administrative experience \nMust possess a Secret Clearance. \n\n
