Our client, is seeking an Administrative Office Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Office Assistant, you will be part of the dynamic department supporting multiple executives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Office Assistant
**Location:** Denver, CO (Onsite)
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing and coordinating daily schedules for multiple GIS executives.
+ Coordinate executive travel arrangements for both domestic and international needs, including hotel, flight, and transportation bookings.
+ Manage expense reporting for yourself and the executives you support.
+ Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, ranging from large gatherings to smaller team activities.
+ Oversee building access for employees and visitors while managing office technology and maintenance needs.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3+ years of Executive Administrative Support experience, supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
+ Proven experience in travel, expense, and calendar management.
+ Strong general office management skills.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook calendaring).
+ Experience with travel management systems such as MyTravel, Concur, or GepSmart is preferred.
