As an Administrative Officer, you will be Responsible for general office duties which include some or all the following: mail room and/or reception responsibilities, receiving, sorting, distributing and/or collecting both incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and/or small packages for a facility. Answers and routes incoming calls on a switchboard for a facility. May assist caller with general questions. May order general office supplies or function specific supplies. Handles special projects, as assigned.
As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for:
Follow the policies and procedures determined by the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Actively participate in the achievement of the contractual Objectives and Goals, stipulated by the company for the product line.Meet legal requirements and programs.To ensure the correct development of its activities, keeping within the policies, procedures and objectives of Baker Hughes, preserving the good image of the Company before the Client and Society.Generate and monitor requests for embarkation/disembarkation of personnel and material using the customer's system.Responsible for controlling and requesting ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) for Pressure Pumping employees and other actions with the Medical Sector.Control and monitor the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) delivery records of Pressure Pumping employees.Assist, if necessary, in the controls related to radioprotection processes.Monitor, measure, and follow up on waste removals if necessary.Schedule the embarkation and disembarkation of employees whenever requested by the person responsible for the operation.Responsible for the logistics of booking and issuing air tickets and accommodation.Responsible for scheduling transportation.Responsible for controlling the cost of the use of speedboats and air tickets taken for embarkation / disembarkation of personnel and material.Keep the Vessel Records and Occurrences Book (LRO) updated with the Baker Hughes network.Support the preparation of the shipment calendar, specifying replacements and shipments of employees, according to alignment with those responsible for the processSend the boarding schedule to the professionals involved and other necessary employees.Provide administrative support to the operation team, whenever requested. Control and keep updated all documentation necessary for registration in SISPAT (Petrobras system).Forward to Petrobras, whenever it is updated, the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) and contractual training, in order to meet the customer's safety standards.Know and enforce HSE (health, safety and environment) policy and customer requirements.Immediately report accidents or non-standard practices and their conditions to the direct supervisor.Responsible for the control of training and requirements related to safety, health and environment, as well as the control of applicable normative and contractual training.Know, understand, and comply with the job description, roles, and responsibilities within the organization.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Complete high school (preferred)Knowledge about SAP (preferred)Graduated in administration or related areas is desirable.Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutionsBe fluent in English (preferable) and Portuguese and excellent all-round communication skillsLocation: Macae
