Position Description:

CGI Federal is looking for an Administrative Officer for the Tucson Passport Center travel document production facility.
This position is located in Tucson, AZ.

Under the direction of the CGI Federal Book Personalization Operations Manager, manages the financial and administrative elements of the contract for the US Département of State located at the Tucson Book Personalization Facility (BPF). The Administrative Officer supervises the administrative staff supporting both contractor and client needs. The Administrative officer
- Ensures smooth and efficient administrative functions using Microsoft Office Suite, client travel and timekeeping programs and other relevant office software
- Maintains expense oversight of the contract by ensuring accurate expense forcasting, funding and payment approvals
- Controls labor and non-labor project funding using corporate Procurement methodologies and systems
- Ensures adequate office supply resources and other supply levels as required
- Partners with corporate and subcontractor recruiters for talent requisitions and acquisitions to fill required labor categories
- Manages the BPF new hire onboarding program
- Supports the management team by preparing reports, analyzing trends and crafting policy recommendations.
- Communicates with various internal and external departments to ensure continuous client support
- Manages the client and contractor temporary visitor access and contractor clearance requests
- Tuned in to all facility maintenance services and facility building projects
- Coordinates activities with all other sections of the facility to obtain information and facilitate administration

Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college, such as a degree in Accounting or Business Administration and a minimum of three (3) years progressive supervisory experience, with two (2) years as office manager and/or accounts receivable/payable supervisor. Additional requirements include:
• Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include;
- Possession of an active interim SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment and a final SECRET determination to continue employment; US Citizenship is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented and able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exercise discretion and ability to handle and protect confidential information
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
-Four (4) year college degree in Business Administration or related field.
-Experience administering Government contracts
- Familiar with Deltek Costpoint

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,400.00 - $121,900.00.
