Role Summary:
Engineering Admin officer will be supporting role for engineering department. He will handle engineering department administration work at Turbhe Plant.
Internal Contacts:
Communication: - Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Projects, Laboratory, HSES, etc.
External Contacts:
External vendors, Suppliers, Service providers/ Contractors.
Responsibility:
Process the service and material supply invoices in SAP and maintain records. Coordinate with finance team for processing and submission of invoice from Engineering department, stores and Purchase. Generate and maintain monthly invoicing details and accrual details. Check invoice details are as per PO and adequate CC and GL are updated in SAP while processing bills. Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Finance team to resolve the billing related queries and issues. Update maintenance team about PO status Monthly Maintenance team shift schedule preparation and communication. Overtime data collection and processing. Communication of hazardous waste generation and disposal and maintain records. Coordinate with Engineering stores team for daily operations. Maintain the records of inward and outward material. Assist stores team for implementation of ISO, 5S and best practices. Maintain the non-stock material inward and outward records. Any other administrative work in engineering.
Requirements (Education, Experience, Competencies, And Specific Job Requirement) :
Graduate in commerce or any other stream with minimum 8-10 years’ experience in general administrative, record keeping and miscellaneous office work. Good knowledge in taxation, Invoicing. Hands on experience in SAP, MS Office etc. Good writing and verbal communication skills.Job-Specific Competencies
