ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER I
Salary Grade           :   10 (P21,205.00)

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education         : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Training            : None required
Experience       : None required
Eligibility           : Career Service Professional/2nd level eligibility
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Education         : Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Psychology or related Social Sciences course
Training            : 4 hours of training on competency based human resource along any of the
                        following: recruitment and selection, learning and development, rewards and
                        recognition
Experience       : 1 year of experience in human resource management and development
JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Officer I shall provide technical and administrative support in the implementation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Competency Based Human Resource System (CBHRS), provide secretariat services to various committees and does other related work.
PRIMARY TASKS:
1.    Conducts and coordinates activities pertaining to the implementation of the JJWC Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Competency Based Human Resource System (CBHRS);
2.  Acts as administrator of the JJWC Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
3.  Conducts job analysis/competency profiling to identify the skills, knowledge and attitude of each incumbent staff using standard tools/guides/protocols
4.    Provides secretariat services to document the discussion and agreements for each committee (e.g. HRMPSB, PDC, PRAISE) as assigned
5.    Assists in the evaluation and screening of applicants/candidates for vacant positions for endorsement to the HRMPSB members
6.    Assists in the planning, coordinating and managing of capability building activities
7.    Prepares/ develops training/ project proposals
8.    Prepares reports, correspondences, memoranda relative to human resource development and management to circulate information on new/updated HR policies or activities.
9.  Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Unit Head, CAO, Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director
