Job Description

We wish to inform you that DSWD Field Office VII has the following vacant Contract of Service position:

 

One (1) slot for Administrative Officer II

 

Status of Employment         :          Contract of Service

Division/Program               :          Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

Salary Grade                      :          SG 11 (27,000.00)

Place of Assignment          :          Field Office VII

 

Minimum Qualification Standards:

 

Education                              :          Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Training                                 :           At least 4 hours relevant training

Experience                            :           At least 1 year relevant experience

Eligibility                                :           None Required

Primary Tasks:

 

1.    Assists in coordinating administrative functions of the program;

2.    Records and manages files and documents;

3.    Retrieves, sorts, classifies records and conducts record disposal;

4.    Assists in coordinating the general services functions of the RPMO, e.g. supervising trips of drivers, recommends fuel allocation and requisition of supplies and materials;

5.    Drafts communications and reports;

6.    Accomplishes performance commitment and appraisal;

7.    Performs other tasks as may be assigned.
