(1) ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II- Volunteer Management Unit Head (1 slot)

Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training : None Required
Experience : None Required
Eligibility : None Required
Preferred Qualification:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree preferably in any allied Medical course or any other related courses of Safety, Health and Environmental discipline
Training : At least four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : At least one (1) year experience related to warehouse, logistics,
production, donation facilitation/processing/monitoring, financial and quality control standard setting, and volunteer’s assistance.

Job Functions:
· Acts as the Head of the Volunteer Management Unit.
· Prepares reports on the deployment of volunteers and other programs such as Cash for Work and/or Food For Work
· Monitors and supervises the performance of volunteers and/or production teams upon deployment to production/warehouse.
· Maintains volunteers’ information database.
· Orients first-time and walk-in volunteers.
· Attends to the basic medical needs of the staff and volunteers whenever needed.
· Attends meetings, conferences, and other activities related to volunteer management and/or on behalf of the Section Head as delegated.
· Provides technical assistance to partner/stakeholders and FOs counterpart to address the challenges encountered in the deployment of volunteers and monitoring and evaluation of the immersion program.
· Communicates and coordinates correspondence with various officials and offices.
· Coordinates with procurement officer and suppliers and/or donors regarding food and other supplies needed for volunteers.
· Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
