Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:

·          Percentage of approved strategic contributions (SC) delivered

·          Verifies disbursement vouchers and purchase requests as to supporting documents; and records allotments and obligations to Subsidiary Control 

·          Prepares and submits Statement of Allotment, Obligations Incurred and Balances Report (SAOB) of assigned program

·          Updates disbursement on Financial Utilization Report in the shared google file

·          Prepares and submits Work and Financial Plan vs. Statement of Allotment, Obligation and Balances Report

·          Prepares and submits Registry of Allotment, Obligation and Disbursement-COA Template Report

·          Prepares and submits Request letter to Central Office-Program Bureaus and Financial Management Service for Modification, Reallocation and Withdrawal of Funds

·          Prepares and Submits Controlling, Monitoring & Reporting of Centrally Managed Funds and Releases for Locally Funded Project of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

·          Certifies as to funding for Special Programs in the absence of Administrative Officer V

·          Prepares and submits Monthly Fund Utilization by Component (Obligations) of the Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program

·          Prepares and submits Monthly Fund Utilization by Component (Obligations vs. Actual Disbursements) of the Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino
