JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality and safety standards;
2. Perform detailed process mapping and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies;
3. Ensure processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements;
4. Lead or contribute to process improvement projects, including timeline and resource planning;
5. Collaborate with quality teams to establish and maintain quality standards for processes and products;
6. Analyze existing processes, data, and quality metrics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or quality issues and implement preventive or corrective actions;
7. Provide technical guidance and support to production teams for troubleshooting and process adjustments;
8. Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) and provide training to operators and technicians;
9. Identify opportunities for automation or technology upgrades;
10. Ensure processes align with workplace safety and environmental compliance standards;
11. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures;
12. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
