Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:
- Act as LBP RAC lead secretariat; in coordination with the LBP, update the mode of payment from time to time based on new/additional ATMs in the area; coordinate with LBP as regards accreditation of rural banks and other conduits; consolidate schedules of pay-out and submit to the PP finance unit;
- Monitor the pay-outs being conducted in diff. Areas. Immediately coordinate with deputy program manager for decision of the regional director any issue/concern that may arise during pay-outs, ensure prompt submission of accurate liquidation reports by as well as prompt payment of service fees to land bank and its conduits;
- Ensure prompt submission of accurate pay-out status using the payment reconciliation system and liquidation reports to the Central Office PP finance unit; regularly update the CO PP finance unit on status of cash grants delivery.
