Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts with varying start times. Some late or early morning meetings. Occasional remote/hybrid work available. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to: 

Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Perioperative Services and the Director of Perioperative Services at University Hospital. Support the administrative duties of onboarding new leaders and staff within perioperative services. Create agendas, take meeting minutes, and develop presentations.  Maintain vacation calendars, paging lists and other documents.
