Administrative Organization and Business Efficiency Manager **POSITION DETAILS** The CUNY School of Law is the premier public interest law school in the country. The Administrative Organization and Business Effectiveness Manager guides and supports the use of a variety of online systems, including those hosted centrally by CUNY and those housed at the Law School, utilized by administrative departments and staff. The Manager also configures online platforms for use by others, trains and guides others in the use of administrative systems, maintains systems and data, and acts as a liaison on behalf of Law School personnel to IT experts, as well as HR and Finance staff, both at the Law School and at CUNY Central. Ensure that applications integrate into existing and planned infrastructure. Identify opportunities for business process improvements, automation, and innovative solutions. This position reports to the Associate Dean for Administration and Finance, and works closely to support the Law School's HR Director, the Executive Director for Budget and Finance, and the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Nights and weekends may be required. Like other staff in the Law School, you are subject to the same in-person requirements, which entail a minimum of 70% in-person on-campus presence over two weeks. This requirement for in-person work may be higher than 70% based on departmental and divisional needs. **QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required. The ideal candidate will possess many or all of the following: • Experience with enterprise HRIS and/or financial systems, including data management and reporting solutions. • Experience with data administration including, validating, triaging, updating, and resolving data issues. • Proficiency using data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, MS Excel) • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tablaeu. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices to establish plans and manage varied workloads, conflicting priorities, and ambiguous situations. • Experience using administrative workflow tools (such as ProcessMaker) to plan and implement online workflows. • Experience in a higher education environment • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to facilitate group discussions and communications and deliver presentations. • Strong work ethic and personal integrity to work with professionalism and confidentiality. **CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW** Identifies opportunities to improve operational practices and systems, and implements programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. - Conducts studies and reviews of operational practices, developing appropriate measurements, reporting findings and identifying opportunities for improvement - Recommends and implements approved changes, reports on results, and plans future performance goals and targets - Coordinates efforts among internal and external teams tasked with resolving business issues - Develops and implements training, communications, ongoing task forces and teams, and other support to maintain and build on results - Performs related duties as assigned. **CUNY TITLE** Higher Education Associate **FLSA** Exempt **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** $96, 602 - $104,057 Salary commensurate with education and experience.
