JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and detail-oriented work. Key responsibilities include extensive management of client charitable activities and needs, comprehensive administrative support to Todd Financial Associates, and addressing or delegating client requests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Todd Financial Associates charitable activitiesOversee clients’ charitable experiences and activitiesAccurate record keepingComplete beginning of the day/ opening tasksClean and maintain office appearance / upkeepMeet and greet clientsAnswer reception and special reservation lineMonitor office voicemailHandle walk-in requests and non-scheduled client requestsSolve basic problems with customer accounts in SalesforcePrefill, submit, send, request, scan, copy, file client documents precisely and promptlyAccurate scheduling and calendar controlAttend and assist with coordinating and scheduling client events, workshops, business events, and fraternal events and meetings including set up and RSVP managementParticipate in business planning projectsParticipate in weekly staff meetingsManage incoming and outgoing mail as neededComprehensive and accurate preparation of client meeting documents as neededAdditional tasks as neededQUALIFICATIONS
