Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR
A bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

EXAMPLES BELOW ARE A BRIEF SAMPLE OF COMMON DUTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS JOB TITLE. NOT ALL POSSIBLE TASKS ARE INCLUDED.
*Responsible for management and administration of community based mental health, substance abuse and mental retardation-developmental disabilities services/programs in a seven parish area .
*Responsible for the District’s Telecommunications Management System; review and reconcile monthly invoices for all District locations, prepare and submit request for changes and repairs to existing systems and purchase of new telecommunications systems and devices
*Responsible for all CAHSD Work Orders to OSB submitting, tracking and follow-up for completion of items reported. Conduct monthly and quarterly routine audits on purchase orders, contract invoices for compliance purposes and report findings for review.
*Coordinates program information by maintaining databases, generating reports, and ensuring information integrity; may require presentation of information in workshops, meetings, etc. view and action if needed.
*Prepares and submits monthly report for LaCarte Procurement Card purchases. Reconciles all purchases made with District LaCarte cards and ensures all required documentation is available.
