This role oversees the LDOE’s third-party operated call center to ensure efficient and effective stakeholder engagement and program compliance. Key responsibilities include analyzing operations to recommend improvements, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely services. The position establishes and revises agency-wide stakeholder standards, maintains data integrity, and develops resources like handbooks and training materials. It also monitors stakeholder complaints, recommends solutions, and ensures program representatives and vendors are informed and compliant with policies. Additionally, the role utilizes project management practices to review processes, conduct analyses, and support operational quality improvement. This position also coordinates responses to inquiries, manages website updates, and completes special projects aligned with strategic priorities. Candidates with the following skills and competencies are encouraged to apply The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing a call center; have familiarity with Louisiana Department of Education roles, processes, and procedures, state early childhood education, particularly the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), and experience serving as a liaison between a contracted vendor and various offices within an organization or state agency. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Manages the operations of a departmental or statewide program, including fiscal responsibility for purchasing and budgetary reporting.
