Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements Sitting and/or standing at the work station for extended periods; lifting and/or carrying light weight objects up to 20 pounds Shift 1st shift, Monday-Friday, some travel may be required Job Summary Support is requested for one full-time Project Manager to conduct all day-to-day operations of the multi-site NIDA grant-funded UK-REI- CC project. The project focuses on a coordination center to support Racial Equity and Substance Use Disparities Research to enhance, support, and synergize the NIDA REI research projects by providing resources in four overarching areas: networking and training, community engagement, data collection and analyses, and communication and dissemination. The Project Manager will manage all logistics, scheduling meetings, scheduling training events, assist with the planning and travel for the kick-off and annual meetings, managing the consultation queue, distribution of the newsletter, work with workgroup/team leads, manage budget and grant compliance, and work closely with the PI to coordinate all UK-REI-CC activities. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Communication skills; basic computer literacy skills including MS windows: Teams, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; navigating online platforms, planning and developing events/meetings.
