Job Summary
Accountable for the timely, tactful, and accurate performance of a variety of secretarial and minor administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Partners in Health Network.
Responsibilities
Performs bookkeeping duties in a timely, tactful, and accurate manner as assigned by the Executive Director of Partners in Health NetworkReporting and financial management of grantsPerforms administrative duties for the Executive Director of Partners in Health Network within the scope of assigned authority.Coordinates and maintains effective office procedures and efficient work flow.Establishes and maintains harmonious working relationships with superiors, co-workers, subordinates, suppliers, Partner members and community.Refers matters requiring immediate attention to delegated authority, in the absence of the Executive Director of Partners in Health NetworkAttends Staff/Department meetings, ensures accurate recording of events, works with other staff members to ensure task completion and follow-up.Maintains capital equipment and personnel current budget records.Conducts all necessary arrangements for Partners in Health Network (PIHN) board meetings.Lead responsibility for creating and maintaining internet and social media presence on behalf of Partners in Health Network.Under direction of Executive Director and CPA consultant is responsible for accounting functions - invoices, accounts receivable, payroll, check bank statements.Prepares grant applications.Monitors grants.Plans, schedules, attends member meetings and education sessions for the Partners in Health Network (PIHN) members.Records minutes meetings for Partners in Health Network (PIHN) board meetings, and committees.Excellent communication and software skills are necessary.

Education
• Associate's Degree (Required) Level of Experience 2 years related experience working with physicians Acceptable SUBSTITUTIONS (if any) May substitute 3 years of experience for Associate Degree
• Associate's Degree 1 year administrative/office experience or High School Diploma and 3 to 5 years of administrative/office experience.
