Job DescriptionAre you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an Administrative Senior Coordinator to provide vital office support to our technical teams and Lincoln office. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations flow seamlessly, and you’ll be at the heart of coordinating activities, supporting team members, and creating a welcoming office environment.
As our Administrative Senior Coordinator, you’ll take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
Office support:
Responding to inquiries from internal and external clients, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.Assisting the local area leader in planning and executing office events and activities.Providing back-up administrative support for the print room and front desk when needed.Front desk duties:
Greeting visitors, maintaining visitor logs and badges, and ensuring a welcoming environment.Managing incoming phone calls ensuring prompt and accurate message delivery.Coordinate business meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and maintaining office supplies.Additional responsibilities may include:
Collaborating with internal teams to maintain and update business files, project documentation, and reports.Assisting project managers in compiling, formatting, and preparing contracts, agreements, and project structures using internal software.Supervise and develop assigned administrative staff to enhance team performance.This role is based in our Lincoln, NE office with in-person attendance Monday through Friday.
QualificationsYou bring to the team:
