**Description**
SAIC is seeking an on-site Administrative Secretarial Support staff to join the National Security and Space (NSS) Sector’s Budget and Contracts team to ensure effective execution of on-going management operations within the Directorate. Responsibilities include managing calendars, submitting travel requests and vouchers, providing status updates to internal websites, scheduling conference rooms and telecons, routing requests to the appropriate Officers and classification specialists and coordinating approval of documents and waivers. Additionally,
· The contractor shall provide onsite support to the Director and Deputy Director of the GEOINT Budget office as well as the Director of the GEOINT and OSL Contracts offices.
· The contractor shall coordinate logistics and requirements for conferences, events, meetings, and projects (e.g., PMRs) as well as create/edit Power Point/Excel/MS Word documents and briefings.
· The contractor shall apply organizational skills to ensure actions, projects, and assignments are completed in a timely manner and according to deadlines.
· The contractor shall serve as the designated Program Records Officer (PRO) for the GEOINT Budget and Contracts offices, which includes upload, maintenance, review, and deletion of physical and electronic records. Ensures that record control schedules and file plans are met and updated on a regular basis.
· The contractor shall process and coordinate items such as Program Access Requests (PARs), Requests for Access (RFAs), Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs), incoming and outgoing visit certifications with Government partner organizations and sites, clearance and access validations and certifications, badge and NAAP requests, as well as any other security process support requirements.
· The contractor shall support TIER actions, assign actions to the appropriate divisions or branches, follow up on actions, coordinate responses in a non-conflicted manner for senior management review, provide status reports, and participate at Directorate TIER Meetings.
· The contractor shall coordinate incoming and outgoing employee transitions with GEOINT program offices and other Directorates & Offices (D&O).
· The contractor shall provide ad hoc security or admin support as assigned, specifically managing calendars, submitting travel requests and vouchers, and keeping Org charts, recall rosters, and phone cards updated, etc.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
· Bachelors and 6 years or more of related experience; Masters and 4 years or more experience; additional years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
· Demonstrated experience with protocol and precedence; NRO/IC/DoD structure, regulations, directives, and policies.
· Demonstrated experience scheduling and coordinating activities.
· Demonstrated experience with executive calendar management, telephone conferences and messaging, travel arrangements and vouchers.
· Demonstrated experience reviewing correspondence for grammar and formatting.
· Demonstrated experience coordination and management of decision documents.
· Demonstrated experience providing complete administrative support at the senior executive level.
**Desired Qualifications** :
· Bachelor's Degree in a Technical OR Business related discipline.
· Demonstrated experience with ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARIAL SUPPORT within the NRO, IC or DoD.
· Demonstrated experience within or knowledge of the GEO INT Directorate.
· Demonstrated experience within or knowledge of the GEOINT/Directorate Budget Office and/or Contracts Office.
