We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact/bridge for cross-function interaction and provide support for sales representatives.
Position Summary:
Works in ImmunoDiagnostics Division to provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining sales collateral, update and maintain the sales database and supporting sales team in paperwork (quotation, application) and tracking process of approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales team for paperwork, application submission, tracking progress and providing necessary sales analysis.Cross-functional communication with internal collaborators to smooth sales operation workflow.Proactively collect tender information and support to prepare bidding documents.Update and maintain customer/supplier information in the system.Handle the contract storage and follow up on renewal progress.Identify barriers to sales operation and work with collaborators to optimize the process.Organize internal activities and regular meetings.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.Experience with ERP and CRM systems, or similar.Good in time management.Ability to work both independentlyAdvanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
