A day in the life.
As our Administrative Services Support on the agency team, you’ll manage reception and switchboard operations, handle incoming mail and outgoing mail and packages daily. You will provide administrative support to the leadership team, producers, and colleagues by creating, editing, and producing documents and presentations, and mailing certificates and client materials. You will coordinate facilities requests and resolutions with building management, manage office equipment, supplies, and shared office spaces, and support scheduling, planning, and coordination of on-site meetings and events. Additionally, you will partner with HR to coordinate colleague onboarding and offboarding, support the KUST Client Program through quoting, invoicing, system maintenance, and client communication, and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires being in office full time, 5 days per week.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).2+ years office administration experience; including experience with switchboard operation, and solid knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, Fed Ex, UPS, copiers, and phone system.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).Proficiency or desire and ability to learn agency management systems and tools such as EPIC and DocuSign.Proficiency or desire and ability to learn InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, or Creative Suite.PC operation at an advanced level, including word-processing and spreadsheet abilities. Proficiency or desire and ability to learn operation of AV equipment and Zoom technologyThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
