Job Summary
There are two opening for Administrative Specialist in the Lally School:
1. This Administrative Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the faculty of the Lally School of Management including planning and organizing meetings and special events, travel, and purchasing. The Administrative Specialist is also responsible for providing backup to the other administrative staff.
2. This Administrative Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for internal and external constituents in the Lally School of Management. The Administrative Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Associate Dean(s) and faculty including supporting events and serving as the liaison to student workers.
Minimum Qualifications
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) or more years of experience in an office setting

A combination of job-related training, education and/or applicable experience may be substituted for some of the experience

Business Hours: Monday - Friday
Starting Salary/Rate
Expected hiring range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
