Our client in Clearwater is seeking a Program Support Specialist for a special summer project. As a Program Support Spec, you will be supporting the Administrative functions of a large Summer Internship program. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills while working within this dynamic team setting!
**Job Title: Program Support Specialist**
**Start Date 2/3/25**
**Location: Clearwater and St. Petersburg, a valid Drivers License is required.**
**Pay Range: $20/hr**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Assist with application process and recruitment of program participants. Review applications for eligibility.
+ Utilize Smartsheets to maintain candidate database
+ Assure and coordinate the completion of all documents necessary
+ Maintain contact with applicants through their employment, coordinate training and progress reports
+ Confirm attendance, communicate with employers, monitor progress and completion of the program with conducting surveys and phone calls.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 3-5 years Administrative experience
+ Excellent computer and organizational skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively through email, phone or in person. A positive upbeat personality!
+ Be able to work closely with staff, collaborate with staff and project participants
+ A valid Drivers License with transportation
