This role is part of the Global Sourcing & Supply Chain leadership team and provides administrative support to the Vice President of Global Sourcing and Supply Chain and other members of the leadership team in the Toledo, Ohio office. The successful candidate will have regular contact with employees at all levels and regions the company, frequent interactions with senior executive leadership and their administrative network, and external suppliers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Live the Safety standard (Safer Together), adhere to the safety responsibilities Executive Support - Providing direct administrative support to the VP, which includes: Managing calendars Writing correspondence for self and for VP signature; crafting presentations Creating reports, presentations and correspondences for the business and executive sessions with the utmost integrity, respect and confidentiality, (e.g., Board, Executive Committee, and Operating Committee meetings) Planning travel using creativity and cost awareness Managing T&E expense reports and processing Filtering calls and (e)mail, applying judgment to redirect action items/queries without referral Anticipating VP needs for meetings, projects, and while travel Providing pro-active support to track actions, deadlines and manage documents Additional Duties Handling administrative duties in support of the Global Sourcing teams Preparing agendas, arrange for teleconferences, video conferences and webcasts for management and other meetings Supporting global town hall productions live from Panther Hall three times a year – assisting technical team to ensure things run smoothly Managing budget accountability for meetings, events, and office supplies Coordinating and scheduling meetings with senior level internal and external constituents Participating as a member of the Global Sourcing Leadership Team to assist in achieving organizational goals. Supporting the coordination of supplier events, including the Supplier Golf Outing (invitations, registration, marketing materials, event details, etc.) Managing office – layout, seating and supplies Managing of purchase requisition numbers for purchase orders within SAP (approximately 100 per year) Supporting SCSLP rotations every six month and summer interns – seating, name plates, computers. Scheduling interviews as needed Onboarding new hires – computers, email address, badge Planning leadership offsite meetings – agendas, activities, plant tours, etc. Supporting annual Buy Better Spend Better Recognition AwardsJob Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
Previous experience as an Administrative Professional and the demonstrated ability to function at the executive level Large, global, corporate office experience Experience communicating both internally and externally and effectively managing relationships High School diploma required, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive communications and data Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of constituencies Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Teams, BOX, and SAP (purchase orders) Ability to manage timelines, work well under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced work environment to meet business critical deadlines Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision and guidance Strong business acumen and ability to communicate on behalf of Senior Leaders Highly service oriented – desire to do what is necessary to meet the needs of the team Take-charge attitude with respect to identifying ways that the group or individuals within the group can operate more efficiently and effectively Considerate candor High aptitude for learning and trying new methods to achieve results Desire to work in a team environment
