ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs monthly distribution of all rep payee bank statements and prepares spreadsheet.
• Performs monthly SNAP card processing and prepares spreadsheet.
• Makes weekly bank deposits
• Balances daily deposit reconciliation.
• Covers Mailroom as needed.
• Assists with bookkeeping and document management as needed.
• Performs support to the Business Office management team as needed.
• Types all correspondence, maintains files, and performs administrative duties as needed.
• Completes special projects as assigned by the Business Office.
• Responsible for recording time worked at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years’ full time office experience; OR Equivalent combination of training and experience
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
