Position Specific Description
The candidate selected for this role will support the Power Delivery team located in Sarasota, FL. This position will involve direct communication with our customers to assist in resolving issues related to inspections, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance when directed to the service.
Responsibilities:
• Answering and returning phone calls from customers
• Managing the service center shared mailbox
• Posting inspections and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting service center personnel with administrative tasks
• Providing additional clerical support as needed
The ideal candidate would posses the following skills:
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively resolve customer issues
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Previous experience in a customer service role and knowledge of electric utility operations or related industry is highly preferred.
