Administrative Specialist I
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Specialist I based in Juno Beach, Florida. This role involves a variety of tasks within the renewable energy industry, including document management, relationship management with landowners, and collaboration with internal business units. Your workspace will be equipped with standard office equipment and software programs. Key responsibilities: • Accurately process credit applications from customers. • Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records. • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. • Monitor customer accounts and conduct appropriate action when necessary. • Assist in maintaining relationships with landowners and payees for renewable site projects. • Collaborate with the Landowner Relations team and other internal units for issue resolution and audits. • Handle communication tasks such as answering phones and emails. • Manage team supplies and ensure they are ordered and stocked in a timely manner. • Review and resolve accounting reports. • Update landowner and payee information regularly. • Utilize standard office software like Microsoft Word and Excel to fulfill work assignments. Requirements • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency in documentation and document management • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word • Familiarity with common office procedures • Experience in answering inbound calls • Ability to review and supervise work processes • Knowledge of auditing principles • Experience in onboarding new staff members • Understanding of financial reporting methods • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills • Experience in staffing and managing suppliers • Knowledge of commission functions • Good computer skills, including familiarity with cybersecurity measures • Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment • Experience with onsite coordination and management • Familiarity with managing expense accounts • Understanding of business unit operations • Ability to create and execute validation plans • Proven skills in issue resolution • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
