NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an Administrative Specialist at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens in Fort Myers, FL. Our administrative teams assume the crucial role of ensuring seamless operations throughout every stage of the delicate client family life cycle, from the initial meeting with families, until final arrangements are made. We serve as the cornerstone of our client family support structure, acting as the glue that holds everything together. We are problem solvers and peace-of-mind-providers - we implement checks and balances to maintain consistency and uphold our commitment to care in every interaction.
Responsibilities
Process Pre-Need and At-Need Funeral and Cemetery Contracts Prepare periodic reports and/or simple financial analysis Provide problem resolution to client families with past-due accounts Answer calls in a timely manner and set appointments when needed. Run monthly Paid in Full reports, send out paid in full letters Create, print & log deeds for interment rights Work Hours are Tuesday-Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM (8:00 AM until 4:00 PM starting March 1st, 2025)Qualifications
Valid driver’s license High School Diploma or equivalent Computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, HMIS, word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software) 2+ years of administrative support experience Must be willing to work SaturdaysCompensation
