POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.Managing vendor relationships and contracts.Overseeing office management and administrative tasks.Maintaining first aid supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Handling exit formalities for departing employees.Arranging catering and refreshments for meetings and events.Conducting safety inductions for visitors and clients.Coordinating with building management for facility-related issues.Addressing office employee queries related to administration.Maintaining and updating invoice records in Excel.Coordinating with procurement and accounts departments.Providing support during audits.Managing office stock and inventory.Supervising housekeeping and security staff.Conducting induction programs for new joiners.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Minimum Experience Required-7-10 Years in Administration & Facilities
