Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IV WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily

Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking

Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email

Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence

As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

The Administrative Assistant (AA) in this position processes all test requests and schedules internal foreign language proficiency tests

The AA manages the schedules to accommodate a myriad of unique needs, including tight timelines, mission requirements, reasonable accommodations, etc

The AA in this position coordinates schedules with the teams of testers

The tasks performed in this position require excellent time management skills, superior oral and written communication skills, and the ability to make quick decisions on the spot

The nature of the position demands a high degree of autonomy and latitude in planning, organizing, and decision making to fulfill work requirements

The AA will support the office's engagement and cooperation with our customers, partners, and stakeholders by triaging and responding to email inquiries, which requires extensive knowledge of administrative processes and procedures in the sponsor and IC, as well as specific sponsor guidance on foreign language testing and knowledge of the sponsor learning administration

The AA will manage an ever increasing volume of test requests while juggling multiple other tasks and responsibilities at the same time, to include responding to immediate in-person customer inquiries

The AA will brief examinees on the testing procedures prior to testing and ensure examinees are prepared to test

The AA will develop a mastery of testing center business processes including Language Management System and metrics tracking systems

The AA must be comfortable interacting in small groups and comfortable conducting required research to answer in-depth questions pertaining to testing administration

The AA will be the primary contact for examinees and will be the administrative face of the office

The AA must have strong inter-personal skills and must demonstrate assertiveness and prioritization skills to manage competing demands

The AA will handle back up duties at times when the center is short-staffed

Such duties may include maintaining accurate records of tests, facilitating test certification, and preparing spaces and materials required for daily testing

The position does not require extensive lifting/moving and does not have any travel requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

HS Diploma and seven (7) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

At such times, the officer may be required to provide full day coverage (9 hours, 7:30 to 4:30) Monday through Thursday and five hours on Friday (7:30 to 12:30)

Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction

This position is on customer site

The likely salary range for this position is $132,964 - $152,909. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
