HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IV WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The AA will directly support one (1) SIS-level office executive and multiple GS-15 managers
Additionally, from time to time, the AA will support the Mission Center FO totaling 6+ executives, 2 staff AAs, and groups with the mission center as required in a fast-paced environment
The AA needs to have demonstrated superior written and spoken communication skills and be able to prepare talking point briefings, compile read ahead books and background papers as requested in support of liaison visits and policy meetings
The AA will help draft routine and non-routine correspondence between the Sponsor's principals and other Sponsor/ Center Executives for formatting and adherence to office style guides
These may include correspondence regarding the effects/implementation of changing Sponsor policies, regulations, organizational structure, and component procedures
The AA will be responsible for managing the calendars for an SIS-level Office executive, the two ops managers, the two analytic managers, and others totaling 6+ people in a fast paced environment
The AA will help prioritize, schedule or reschedule the daily calendars of these managers to include travel and meeting arrangements
The AA will review, vet, prioritize, assign, track and respond to assigned tasking's in response to internal Sponsor and/or external tasking requests (Sponsor Community, Executive Branch, Congressional, other government organizations, and others as identified)
The AA in this requirement will work as a team across the customer's office
The AA IVs on this team will have access to each other's Principals calendars
In instances of PTO, or a shortage on a team, the AA will cover for her teammates' principals
In instances of supporting the Front Office of the customer, the corresponding AAs (2 departments) will move to the FO area
In instances of supporting other offices of the customer, the AAs will not have to move desks to cover for that office's principals
We view this team dynamic as a way for the AAs to better support the mission and provide themselves the opportunity to support and cover for each other
The AA must have 3+ years of documented basic level experience with the Sponsor's MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook tools and Lotus Notes
It is highly desired that the AA have experience with Sponsor Internal Communication System, Sponsor Records Database, Sponsor Access Request System, Sponsor Travel Approvals, and Sponsor Reimbursement Systems
Sponsor is willing to provide training for commonly used Mission Center and Directorate specific systems
Time requirements for this position are five, eight-hour days per week
There may be travel between buildings in the WMA
No CONUS nor OCONUS TDYs are anticipated
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
HS Diploma and seven (7) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Core Hours preference is 0800-1630 Monday through Friday, but negotiable between candidate and Sponsor's chief
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
This position is on customer site

The likely salary range for this position is $132,964 - $152,909. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
