Job Description
We are seeking two detail-oriented order entry/data entry clerks to manage a high volume of orders. This office-based position involves receiving lists and entering orders into SAP and Excel. Proficiency in Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables, is essential, and candidates must pass an Excel assessment. Bilingual capability is optional.
ResponsibilitiesReceive lists and accurately enter orders into SAP and Excel.Handle a large volume of orders efficiently.Utilize Excel Pivot Tables for data organization and analysis.Ensure data integrity and timely order processing.Essential SkillsProficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables.Experience with SAP.Strong data entry skills.Ability to pass an Excel proficiency assessment.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual capabilities are a plus.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).Work Environment
The position offers two shifts: 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 4am-12:40pm with a 40-minute lunch break, and 2nd shift from 2pm-10:40pm with a 40-minute lunch break. Mandatory overtime is required for 2 hours a day, 3 times a week, including occasional Saturday mornings, with overtime hours only until the end of August. The role is contract-to-hire due to the high volume of work, providing an opportunity for extra income through overtime in a busy and stable industry.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
