Administrative Support

Seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in office settings, proficient in Microsoft Suite, customer service, and phone/email etiquette.

Job Requirements:

1+ years of experience in an office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong customer service skills. Experience with phone and email etiquette.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with IT systems and specialized software packages. Experience in preparing routine reports and correspondence.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day functional operations and apply IT systems as needed. Prepare specialized routine reports, correspondence, and statistics. Maintain records and filing systems, including data entry into computer systems using Office applications or specialized software. Complete routine reports to support decision-making processes. Administer programs, projects, and processes specific to the organizational unit served.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
